All our customers are entitled to a 14-day return policy if they decide to change their minds on their purchase for a full refund. The customer will cover the cost for the return shipment. If we shipped a wrong or defective item please send us an email to returns@tenejalondon.com and we will reimburse the fee for the return shipment

All returns should be sent to our London location and an email sent to returns@tenejalondon.com . Once we have received the item, we will log a return request and you will receive an email confirmation and you will receive the reimbursement within 10-15 working days.
