Warranty

Teneja London offers a generous 2 year international warranty on all of our watches  from its purchase date. Our warranty covers all the defects of your products that are based on material and manufacturing defects. If a fault occurs within this period please contact our customer service team on info@tenejalondon.com stating your name, address, order number and a brief description of the fault.

Our warranty does not apply to the following and will be charged a fee even within the warranty period

• Damage due to carelessness (impact, fall, cracked face, glass scratches)
• Battery replacement
• Water damage beyond 3atm and 5atm
• Changes that occur due to normal wear and tear and aging such as discoloration of the bracelet or tarnishing of the case
• Defects due to improper repair or modification of the watch or its part
